⇒(\;{2}/{7})^{-3} {\X}(\;{2}/{7})(12) × 2=(\;{2}/{7})^{2 {\m}-1}

⇒(2 \/ 7)^{-3+12}=(2 \/ 7)^{2 {\m}-1}

Now,

⇒ 9=2 {\m}-1

⇒ 10=2 {\m}

⇒ {\m}=5

∴

he value of

is 5 .
