Given:
BD is the diagonal of parallelogram ABCD

∠ CBD=12 x, ∠ ABD=7 y, ∠ ADB=60^{∘} \;\text " and "\; ∠ CDB=28^{∘}

Concept used:
Alternate interior angles are equal of the parallelogram.

\;∠ CBD =∠ ADB

\;⇒ 12 x =60^{∘}

\;⇒ x =5^{∘}

\;∠ ABD =∠ CDB

\;⇒ 7 y =28^{∘}

\;⇒ y =4^{∘}

\;2 x +3 y =2 × 5+3 × 4

\;⇒ 10+12=22^{∘}
