Statement II: In any triangle $\mathit{A}\mathit{B}\mathit{C}$, if $\mathit{D}$ is any point on $\mathit{B}\mathit{C}$, then $\mathit{A}\mathit{B}+\mathit{B}\mathit{C}+\mathit{C}\mathit{A}>2\mathit{A}\mathit{D}$.
