$\mathrm{D}$ is the daughter-in-law of $\mathrm{E}$ which means that $\mathrm{E}$ is the husband of $\mathrm{A}$ and father of $\mathrm{B}$.

$\mathrm{C}$ is the son of $\mathrm{D}$, therefore $\mathrm{C}$ is the grandson of $\mathrm{A}$ and $\mathrm{E}$.
