(b) Let marked price be ₹ 100.
Selling price = 100 - 37.5 = ₹62.5
⇒ Cost price =

x 100= ₹ 50
Now, new selling price = 100 - 41.67 = ₹ 58.33
∴ Profit percentage =

{58.33 - 50}/{50}

x 100 = 16.66%
