If the number of even factors of the number 4312 is A and number of odd factors of the same number is B. Then, find the value of A/B.

Solution:

4312 =

2 ^3 × 7^2 × 1 1^1

Number of even factors = 3 × 3 × 2 = 18
Number of odd factors = 1 x 3 x 2 = 6
∴

A/B = 18/6

= 3
