$\frac{5\mathit{y}-3600}{4\mathit{y}-5400}=\frac{4}{3}$
$15\mathit{y}-10800=16\mathit{y}-21600$
$\mathit{y}=10800$
Number of females $=4\mathit{y}=4\times 10800=43200$
