The Supreme Court of India is the highest court of appeal under the Constitution of India with the power of Constitutional review. It consists of the Chief Justice of India along with 30circ sanctioned other judges. It has extensive powers of original, appellate and advisory jurisdictions. At present the supreme court consists of 3 Judges (one CJI of 33 judges)
