Biosphere is the part of earth in which life exists. The total life containing and life supporting environment of the world is restricted to a very thin and irregular part around the globe.The total thickness of the biosphere is about 21‌mathrm‌~km, i.e., 10‌mathrm‌~km in air and 11 mathrm‌km in water from surface of the earth. Biosphere represent a mosaic of different biotic communities from simple to complex, aquatic to terrestrial and tropical to polar. Eubiosphere is true biosphere or life supporting zone in which organism interact with adverse condition of biotic world. Parabiosphere is the part beside biosphere, while peribiosphere exist round the biosphere and abiosphere is devoid of biosphere.
