Article 330 of the Constitution of India was the provision for reservation of scheduled castes in the Lok Sabha made.
Article 330 also provides for the reservation of seats in the Lok Sabha for Scheduled Tribes. Similarly, Article 332 provides for the reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes and scheduled tribes in the legislative assemblies of every state.
