BPSC 46th Exam Prelims 2004 Solved Paper

The 73 rd Amendment of the Constitution came into force in 1992. It added a new Part IX to the constitution titled "The Panchayats" which covers the provisions from Article 243 to 243(O); and a new Eleventh Schedule was inserted covering 29 subjects within the functions of the Panchayats.
