. What is the speed of the car?

Solution:

Distance travelled by the man in 36 min is equal to the distance travelled by sound in

(38-36)=2 {min}

Now, let the speed of the car be x km/h

x × \;{36}/{60}=\;{2}/{60} × 330 × \;{18}/{5} ⇒ x=66 {km}
