Facts Shreya, Ananya, and Kajal were good friends and roommates in a hostel. However, Shreya always used to score more than Ananya and Kajal in every subject. Ananya and Kajal were always jealous of this fact. So, to teach Shreya a lesson Ananya and Kajal decided to steal the mobile phone and the notebooks of Shreya. When Kajal and Ananya were stealing it, Shreya came and in panic Kajal stabbed Shreya on her head.
Are Kajal and Ananya liable for offence of theft or murder?
