Section formula

x=;{mx_{2}+nx_{1}}/{m+n},y={my_{2}+ny_{1}}/{m+n}

∴α={-2+14}/{1+2}=4

β={6-10}/{3}={-4}/{3}

γ={-4+7}/{3}=1

δ={12-5}/{3}={7}/{3}

∴α+γ-β-δ=4+1+{4}/{3}-{7}/{3}=4+1-1=4
