The perimeter ( in cms) of a rhombus whose diagonals are 40 cms and 30 cms is

Solution:

Given : AC = 40 cm ⇒ OC = 20 cm
BD = 30 cm ⇒ OB = 15 cm.

∴BC=√{20^2+15^2}=√625=25cm

∴ Perimeter of rhombus = 4 × 25 = 100 cm
