Solution:

For the circle circumscribing a rectangle, its diameter is equal to diagonal of the rectangle

b=60/12=5feet

Let AC = d

⇒d^2=l^2+b^2=12^2+5^2=13^2

⇒ Diameter = 13 feet
∴ Radius = 6.5 feet
