Solution:

33=3×11

The sum of digits is divisible by 3 for all answer choices and hence each of them is divisible by 3.
However, 121233 is not divisible by 11 because

(2+2+3)-(1+1+3)=7-5=2

which is neither zero nor divisible by 3.
Hence, 121233 is not divisible by 33.
