Note : The letters of the English alphabet are arranged around a circle in clock-wise direction and are coded as follows :
A Vowel is coded as the next Vowel in the clockwise direction. A Consonant is coded as the next Consonant in the anti-clockwise direction. For decoding, the reverse process is adopted.
