Given :

a_15/a_7=11/9

⇒{a+14d}/{a+6d}=11/9⇒9a+126d=11a+66d

⇒2a=60d⇒a=30d

∴{a_{12}}/{a_{8}}={a+11d}/{a+7d}={30d+11d}/{30d+7d}={41}/{37}
