Solution:

Given : n(A) = 7
∴ No. of subsets of set A containing atmost 5 elements

=^{7}{C}_{0}+^{7}{C}_{1}+^{7}{C}_{2}+^{7}{C}_{3}+^{7}{C}_{4}+^{7}{C}_{5}

=1+7+21+35+35+21

=120
