={7}/{3}+{15}/{4}÷{3/4}-{7}/{3}({13}/{2}-{9}/{4})÷{9/4}

Here, we will apply BODMAS rule to simplify the expression

={7}/{3}+{15}/{4}÷{3/4}-{7}/{3}×{17}/{4}÷{9/4}

={7}/{3}+{15}/{4}×{4}/{3}-{7}/{3}×{17}/{4}×{4}/{9}
