Following are the criteria to recruit a Staff Manager in Company.
Required qualifications for Staff Manager
(i) Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum 75% aggregate marks.
(ii) Maximum age of 40 years on 3 May 2021.
(iii) At least 5 years of experience in managing staff in a government recognized company.
(iv) Fluent in English and Hindi.
If canddidate satisfies all the criteria except
(a) at (i) above, but has complete the master degree with minimum 65% aggregate marks. his/her case is to be referred to the HR.
(b) at (ii) above, but he/she has a 7 years' work experience in the field of management, his/her case is to be referred to the CEO.

Radhika has completed her bachelor degree with aggregate marks of 80% from a well-recognized university. She is fhent in 3 languages which are English, Hindi and Marathi. She has turned 42 years old as on 12-06-2020. She had been working as a manager for 8 years in one of the government recognized company.
