Buffer solution consists of mixture of weak acids and their salts or weak base and their salts. LiOH is a strong base whereas HNO3 and HBr are strong acids.
HNO2 is a weak acid and NaNO2 is a salt formed by combination of weak acid (HNO2) and strong base (NaOH).
Buffer =HNO2+NaNO2.
