Given circle (c),
x2+y2+4x−4y+4=0
On comparing with its general formx2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0
whose center =(−g,−f) and radius =√g2+f2−c
⇒g=2,f=−2,c=4
∴Center =(−2,2) and radius =√4+4−4=2
With the help of diagram, we can see that it touches X-axis and Y-axis.
