where, g′ is effective acceleration,
g is acceleration due to gravity,
omega is angular frequency,r is radius of earth
and θ is angle between equator and body.
If ω=0rads−1 (i.e. earth stops rotation)
g′=g
i.e., weight remains same everywhere.
