A person starts walking in the north direction for 20m. Then he turns 90° clockwise and walks for 25m. Then he turns to his right and walk for 10m. Then he walks for 31m after turning in the west direction and finally walks for 18m after turning to his left. Find the direction of the final point with respect to the initial point and the distance between both the points.
