Three duties of consumer are :
(a) A consumer should check information printed on the product like expiry and manufacturing date, ingredients quantity, etc.
(b) Consumers ask cash memo as a proof of purchase for claiming compensation against defects in the goods purchase.
(c) He or she should ensure that the seal of the product is not broken.
