Two advantages of internal recruitment :
(i) Filling vacancies for higher levels by promoting employees from within the organisation helps to improve the motivation and morale of employees.
(ii) It is a cheaper source of recruitment. Time and money need not be spent on advertising of vacancies, test and interviews etc.
