Features of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 :
(i) The Environment Protection Act, 1986 empowered the central government to protection and improvement of human environment.
(ii) No person or company have power to carry on a business or operation which cross the limits of environment pollution.
(iii) If fails to obey the rules of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 shall be punished by the central government.(any two)
