Solution:
C−O−H bond angle in alcohol is slightly less than 109∘28′.

The oxygen atom is sp3 hybridised but because of the mutual repulsion of 2 lone pairs of electrons on it the resultant bond angle C-O-H is slightly less than the tetrahedral angle.
